I’ll be the first to admit the whole raising your vibration thing I thought was too ‘out there’ and was ‘woo woo hippy shit’ years ago as I’m a super pragmatic, logical guy.
But as I delve deeper past the surface level stuff of personal development like setting goals, overcoming limiting beliefs and time mastery (management) etc and study at a scientific level the more I see the importance of it.
You see, an emotion is just a label we put on a feeling.
A feeling is created from pictures in our mind and voices in our mind (or subconscious mind)…
These feelings we create are vibrations and your vibrations have an ability to attract other things or people vibrating at the same level as you.
Remember we’re made of matter and ALL matter vibrates, just at difference frequencies.
A bit like how when you tune your radio, you pick up what’s been transmitted in the same wave length.
Want to attract more of what you want in life, vibrate higher, if you vibrate lower you’ll attract more of what you don’t want.
The Map of Consciousness by Dr David Hawkins explains this very well.
Let’s start at the bottom…
The lowest form of energy is guilt and shame.
If you’ve got consistent financial challenge, it’s likely that the root cause along the line is unresolved guilt or shame because it impacts your deserved level.
But the opposite end of the spectrum, say pride, is not where you’ll be vibrating highest, because again it’s a lop sided perspective.
Where you are vibrating highest is when you are in pure gratitude.
Gratitude isn’t about just seeing the good.
It’s about seeing the good in the bad and the bad in the good.

Realising that there is no good or bad.
There is no right or wrong.
There is hot or cold.
It’s all a matter of perspective, as they are all on one spectrum.
Whilst this is something I am still working on myself daily as there’s times when it’s tough to see it the more I delve into it the more I truly understand it.
What gives us a lop sided perspective is our own expectations, we perceive something as good or as bad.
‘Happiness’ (fulfillment) is equal to it greater than your expectation.
If your expectation is always ‘life is’ and you live to your highest means values then you’ll be able to vibrate are your highest vibration and be able to truly be fulfilled in life.
How to get to that place, get grateful.
Truly grateful, not just for the things that in your perception are ‘going well’ but for the things that in your perception are ‘not going well’ too and indeed anything you have any form of judgement on from the past.
I’m not saying it’s easy, but it is simple.
