1:1 Coaching For Business Owners

COACHING THAT’S AS INDIVIDUAL AS YOU ARE

Your 1:1 coaching with me is an entirely bespoke but structured process where we work together to identify exactly what you want to achieve and what needs to happen to get you there, fast.

I’ve developed a unique, science-based, and highly effective way of coaching which uses a blend of coaching techniques, neuro-linguistic programming, psychology, philosophy, stoicism, and universal laws. This means I can pinpoint exactly what’s holding you back and help you achieve more than you ever imagined possible.

How 1:1 Coaching Works

If you are a business owner and want to make progress fast, 1:1 coaching is for you. We’ll start by doing a number of awareness assessments that identify your strengths and weaknesses as a business owner.

We will then have a few hours together 1:1 developing your North Star and a plan for the next decade or so (your North Star Trajectory) broken down with clear milestones to give you full clarity on where you are and where you want to get to.

We’ll have a private coaching session online or in person at my office near Chelmsford, Essex once a fortnight thereafter to break through challenges that come up and hold you accountable.

By creating a completely bespoke coaching approach that works just for you, we’ll unlock the skills, habits, and mindset you need to succeed in building a business and life you love.

What’s the commitment?

Coaching takes up my time and energy as well as yours. It’s one of the most important relationships you can have on the way to success.  This is why I only work with business owners who are committed. My 1:1 coaching service is by application only and comes with a minimum 6-month commitment.
